Vacation Rental Kitchen and Dining Design
Groups travel to eat together. We design kitchens and dining spaces that seat the whole group at once, stocked past the home's maximum occupancy, finished in materials that survive guests — and styled to photograph like the vacation the listing promises.
A home that sleeps 12 needs 12 real seats between the table and the island. We plan dining from the sleeping count — in our largest homes that has meant dining for 16 — because the family dinner is the moment groups book a whole house for.
Island seating counts. Barstools carry breakfast, homework, and the cook's company, so they get commercial-grade upholstery like everything else we install.
Place settings and glassware beyond maximum occupancy. Cookware for real family meals. A custom coffee bar — and in themed homes, a custom recipe book that matches the home's world. These are the details guests photograph and mention in reviews.
