Vacation Rental Bunk Room Design

A custom bunk room raises the home's sleeping count without adding bedrooms — and gives children the room they talk about all year. We design and build custom built-in bunks, from tailored classic rooms to fully immersive themed worlds.

Listings are filtered by how many people a home sleeps. One bunk room can add four to eight sleeping spots in a single bedroom — opening the home to multi-family trips, reunions, and sports teams that a same-size home next door cannot host.

We mix bed sizes on purpose: full or queen lower bunks with twin uppers, so adults and teenagers can use the room, not only children. More group shapes fit the home, and the calendar fills.

Our bunks are custom carpentry, built into the room — not catalog furniture. Solid steps or wide ladders, guardrails on every upper bunk, and a light within reach of each sleeping spot. Built once, built to hold adults, and built to survive years of guest use.
