It is one of the better options for it. The entry price is friendlier than the newest resorts, the amenity set is competitive, and because the budget required is lower, a design budget goes further.

How does Solterra compare to Windsor Island or Windsor Cay?

The Windsor resorts are newer and carry a higher entry price, with the amenity edge that comes with that. Solterra gives you a lazy river and a full clubhouse for less money, in the same county as Windsor Island. With a smaller budget, Solterra lets you put more of it into the home itself.

Does it matter which builder built the home?

It matters less than build year and condition, but plan layout differs between them and some plans handle a large group far better than others. We will walk the specific home with you.

Are townhomes worth it here?

Yes. Lower purchase, lower furnishing cost, same amenity access for your guests. Measured against the total budget, the return can be excellent.

My Solterra home is booking, but only at a low rate. Why?

Accepted Answer

Almost always because the listing looks like its neighbors, so the only way it wins is on price. That is fixable, and it is the work we do. Once a home stops resembling the rest of the resort, it stops competing on nightly rate.
