What makes Magic Interiors different from other designers?
We are the only design studio in this market with a management specialist in the room from the first floor plan. Murals are hand-painted, built-ins are fabricated per room, and every design decision is tested against the booking calendar afterwards.
Do you only do themed rooms?
No. Our signature style is modern coastal luxe with a touch of magic — whole-home design with themed spaces where they earn their keep: game rooms, theaters, kids’ suites and outdoor living.
Will a themed room survive rental use?
Ours are built to. Hand-painted murals over durable base coats, hardwood construction, commercial-grade furnishings, custom epoxy and high-quality LVP flooring — materials chosen to last thousands of guest stays.
What does full-service management include?
Listing and pricing management, guest communication, cleaning coordination, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, licensing and tax compliance, and HOA compliance — run in partnership with the studio that designed the home.
What is your management fee?
20% commission for property management services.
Does management take on homes you did not design?
No. Management only takes on homes finished to our design and quality standard, because homes set up any other way often do not perform. If your home is already renting, it starts with a design review, and management takes it on once it meets the standard.
Which Orlando communities do you work in?
The resort communities of Greater Orlando: ChampionsGate, Reunion, Storey Lake, Windsor Cay, Windsor Island, Windsor at Westside, Windsor Hills, Encore, Solterra, Solara — and new launches like Aquarama as they come out of the ground.
Which community is the best investment?
The one whose guest matches your budget and your home. Each community page on this site carries an honest read on who books there and what wins. Bring us two specific homes and the answer gets sharper.
Can you help me buy a vacation home?
We join the process before you offer — we will look at a specific home, tell you what we would do with it, and connect you with our recommended Vacation Rental Expert Realtor to handle the purchase.
What licenses does an Orlando vacation rental need?
The state baseline is a DBPR vacation rental license, Florida Department of Revenue registration and tourist development tax — then Osceola, Polk and Lake counties each add their own layer. We confirm the current set for your specific parcel, and it is all handled for homes managed through our process.
Are short-term rentals allowed in these communities?
Yes — the resort communities we work in were purpose-built for nightly rental. That is exactly why we focus there: no zoning fights, no HOA surprises.
Is 2026 a bad time to own an Orlando vacation rental?
It is a choosier market, not a broken one. Demand softened in mid-2026, and it is sorting homes rather than punishing all of them — undifferentiated listings discount first while designed homes hold rate. We wrote a full page on it.
What did Epic Universe change?
The shape of the trip: longer stays, bigger groups, and two resort gateways that matter instead of one. Both shifts favor large, well-designed homes — we wrote a full page on that too.
